Dressme4 incorporates artificial intelligence features driven by third-party APIs (such as OpenAI and image modification services). By interacting with the AI chat, generating outfits, and uploading images, you acknowledge and agree that your inputs (text prompts) and images will be transmitted to and processed by these third-party services to provide you with the App's core functionality.
Dressme4 offers a Free version alongside several paid subscription tiers to unlock additional functionalities and higher usage quotas. We offer the following paid plans:

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Dressme4.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dressme4.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
